Dr. Dr. P. Udaya Bhaskar did his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada. He did his Masters and Doctoral degrees in the area of Environmental Enginering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He is working at JNTU Kakinada for more than 24 years in various capacities including Head of Civil Engineering. He is the Chief Coordinator for several Consultancy, Modernisation and Research Projects. He published more than 20 research papers in National and International Journals and Conferences. He is in the current position from 01-01-09.
